Welcome to Flare, the easiest Telegram trading bot for trading on Hyperliquid and the HyperEVM. These docs will help you understand how to use the bot to trade everything from perpetual futures and spot assets to use evm protocols, and more.
Getting Started
Getting started with Flare on Telegram is straightforward. Follow these steps to begin trading:
- Use the Telegram at: t.me/flare_ai_bot
- Fund your account: Send USDC on Solana or Arbitrum to an address provided by the bot. Then confirm your order and we will handle the bridging for you.
- Start Trading: Now that you have USDC in your perps account, you can interact with the bot using commands like
/longor/short.
Hyperliquid
Hyperliquid is a decentralized perpetual futures exchange and L1 blockchain. It offers a unique liquidity model and advanced order types, making it ideal for traders looking to maximize their strategies.
Core vs EVM
Hyperliquid Core refers to the high-performance, custom-built infrastructure that powers the platform’s core functionalities, including its on-chain order book, HyperBFT consensus algorithm, and decentralized oracle system. In contrast, HyperEVM is a smart contract execution environment compatible with Ethereum’s EVM, allowing developers to build decentralized financial applications on Hyperliquid’s blockchain while leveraging its high-throughput liquidity and order book infrastructure.
Essentially, Hyperliquid Core handles the platform’s trading and consensus mechanics, while HyperEVM extends its capabilities for programmable, Ethereum-compatible DeFi development.
Perpetuals vs Spot Trading
Perpetual futures are derivative contracts allowing traders to speculate on the price of an asset without owning it, with no expiration date and the ability to use leverage.
Spot trading involves the direct buying or selling of cryptocurrencies at the current market price, with immediate settlement and ownership of the underlying asset.
Your perp and spot accounts are seperate holdings on Hyperliquid Core. Although some assets exist in both order books, they are not interchangeable. Most importantly, you need to fund your spot account with USDC seprately from your perp account. To do this you can use the Swap Spot to Perps or Swap Perps to Spot buttons in /wallet to move funds between the two accounts.

Hyperliquid

Fees
Flare currently takes a 0.20% fee on all fufilled perp and spot trades. However, users who deposit $FLARE into their account are elligible to earn discounts on their trading fees. The more $FLARE you deposit, the more you earn.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I fund my Hyperliquid account?
Use the /start command to view your funding wallets. Once you have transferred USDC to one of the wallet, confirm your order to begin bridging. Bridging could take a few minutes.
Are there trading volume limits?
No limits exist, but check liquidity and slippage on Hyperliquid or HyperEVM for large trades. Use smaller orders to minimize slippage.
