Hypercore & Hyperevm

Flare AI stands apart because we've built the first AI agent that allows Solana traders to bridge directly into Hypercore & trade perps. We are also adding support for everything in Hypercore, like Spot trading, stoploss/take profit, etc. Our next launch is introducing a way for Hyperliquid users to trade everything on the Hyperevm in one centralized place. This is the next phase for Flare. Within the chat, traders can bridge into Hyperevm, and use many different leading defi platforms on Hyperevm in one tool.

For starters, this will include integrations with leading dex's like Hyperswap and Kittenswap. Lending your HYPE on leading lending platforms like Hyperlend. Liquid staking your HYPE with staked Hype and using the stHype to trade. We will also integrate Felix protocol so users can mint feUSD and use that to trade as well. All the major protocols with the highest TVLs on Hyperevm will be all accessible and usable from one easy-to-access tool.

We believe this not only makes it easier for Hyperliquid traders to trade - it also allows users seeking to collect points from each of these respective points programs. Hyperswap, Kittenswap, Hyperlend, and Felix each respectively have the highest TVL points programs in the Hyperevm ecosystem. This will make it easy for users to accumulate points across all the points programs simulateneously.

Flare will make money by collecting marginal fees on trades. We expect to open up our points program very soon. Our tokenomics are nearly identical to Hyperliquid's - we will buy back our own token $FLARE using the revenue generated from fees collected and conduct airdrops once we've accumulated enough of the token.

All in all - the future of Flare is one where anyone can get started trading on Hyperliquid and try out all the respective defi protocols/tools on it. We like to think of ourselves as the 'Griffain for Hyperliquid' - the all in one tool for doing everything on Hypercore & Hyperevm.

Flare Token Utility

Holding Flare tokens unlocks exclusive benefits on our platform. Holding over $100 worth of Flare tokens will enable you to have no fees on all transactions, making your trading more cost-efficient. Furthermore, all fees incurred on the platform will be used to buy back Flare tokens, creating a deflationary mechanism that benefits all token holders.

Platform fees are utilized for quarterly buybacks of Flare tokens, triggered when fees exceed $10,000 USD, with unspent fees rolling over to the next quarter. All collected fees are used to purchase tokens on decentralized exchanges via a smart contract employing a 48-hour TWAP strategy to ensure fair pricing. Purchased tokens are immediately burned at a verifiable address, reducing circulating supply and enhancing deflationary pressure. Buyback and burn details are publicly shared on-chain and via platform channels for full transparency.

While the core functionality of Flare AI remains free, nominal fees are applied to cover the operational costs and ensure continuous innovation. By holding Flare tokens, you not only save on fees but also become an integral part of the platform's growth.

Tokenomics

Flare will launch with 5% of the total supply locked in the dev wallet as allocation for the team. The dev wallet wil also contain ~1% of the supply unlocked, which will be airdropped to the top 5 referrers after the token launch. The dex will be paid with a reserve amount of sol on the dev wallet.

The developer allocation, comprising 5% of the total token supply, is subject to a 12-month lockup period to ensure long-term commitment.
